Assetraz Refund Policy

Overview

At Assetraz, we aim to deliver transparent, verified property reports with accuracy and speed.

Our verification process involves real-time queries to government systems, data aggregation, and report generation — hence, costs are incurred as soon as a verification request is initiated.

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations are applicable for products or services purchased from Assetraz.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users who purchase:

  • Quick Check Reports
  • Standard Verification Reports
  • Premium or Legal Pack Reports
  • Subscription Plans
  • API Access Packages

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

a. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, we will process a full refund for the duplicate amount after verification.

b. Service Not Delivered

If your verification report could not be generated due to:

  • Non-availability of government data,
  • Server downtime, or
  • Failure on our side before report generation, you are eligible for a 100% refund or credit balance (as per your choice).

c. Incorrect Deduction

If payment was deducted but no report or confirmation was generated, please email info@assetraz.com with the transaction ID and timestamp. We’ll verify and refund within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • The verification report or Trust Score has already been generated and delivered.
  • Government data sources returned valid results (even if not in your favor).
  • Errors caused by incorrect input (e.g., wrong survey number, address, or document number).
  • Requests for refunds beyond 7 days from the transaction date.
  • Services purchased through promotional or discounted pricing.

Once a property report or certificate is generated, it is considered consumed and delivered, and no refund will be processed.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before the verification process starts.
  • Once processing begins (usually within seconds of payment), cancellation is not possible.
  • For bulk API plans or enterprise subscriptions, cancellations require 30 days’ written notice prior to renewal.

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

7. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases (e.g., partial service disruption, missing report sections), we may offer:

  • Partial refunds proportional to the incomplete portion, or
  • Credit coupons redeemable for future verifications.

8. Refunds for Legal Pack / Court Checks

Legal Pack reports involve manual verification by lawyers and third-party legal databases. These are non-refundable once initiated, as costs are incurred immediately upon assignment.

However, if we fail to deliver the report within the committed timeline, a full refund or credit will be issued.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request to info@assetraz.com with:

  • Registered email address
  • Transaction ID / Order ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Screenshot of payment (if available)

Our billing team will respond within 48 business hours.

10. Disputes & Escalation
